Yoga has become very popular in recent years as it has proven as an effective way to blend exercise with relaxation techniques to develop strength, stamina, flexibility, balance, concentration and relaxation.Yoga Kid is specially designed for kids to explore and discover the mind-body connection in a fun-filled way.
