Purpose of Vinyasa Yoga is to create heat in the body to relieve tightness in muscles, ligaments, joints and tendons while the sweat remove impurities out of the body. This helps to cleanse the individual internally both on spiritual and physical level.

Some of the very popular yoga like Ashtanga and Power Yoga are based from Vinyasa method.Vinyasa Yoga offer more variety in sequencing than a traditional Ashtanga, slower than a Power Yoga class but more vigorous than Iyengar.
